Transmeri

Oy Transmeri Ab imports, sells, and markets consumer goods and cosmetics in Finland, Sweden, and the Baltics. The portfolio includes thousands of products, with hundreds of new launches each year. Transmeri manages full distribution and is a key player in the selective and natural cosmetics market. The company also has its own brands, mostly produced by Cosmia Nordic.

Four Reasons | Miraculos

Established in 1997, Miraculos Oy is Finland’s largest company specializing in the sales, marketing, and import of haircare products and services. Our own Four Reasons brand is the most successful salon cosmetics line in Finland by many measures: half of Finnish women use the products, and they are also available in 15 export countries

Banmark

Banmark Oy Ab is an experienced and professional industrial partner. Our customer orientation and expertise in processes enables us to offer innovative solutions for our customers. Our product range includes process and cleaning chemicals, paper machine clothing as well as process equipment representing the latest technology. Banmark has developed from a forest industry supplier into an international group of companies serving several industries. In Finland, Banmark Group covers almost all industrial sectors, including the fields of green transition. Our export operations focus on forestry products. Our daughter companies abroad are located in Sweden and China.

Cosmia Nordic | Transmeri Logistics

Oy Cosmia Nordic Ab manufactures hygiene, cosmetic and haircare products, household cleaning agents, and various detergents for industrial use. Our core expertise lies especially in aerosol products. Utilizing our versatile know-how, we tailor a service package to meet the exact needs of our customers – from product development to delivery, or selected parts in between. Products manufactured by us are also eligible to apply for the Key Flag Symbol, which reliably indicates Finnish origin. Cosmia Nordic offers services of varying scope according to your needs.

Kaupmees Grupp

Kaupmees Grupp AS is a leading Baltic corporate group importing and distributing food, daily goods, alcohol, and tobacco products. Founded in 2022, it unites both long-established companies and younger, specialized subsidiaries, including AS Kaupmees & Ko, AS TRIDENS, Karisma Food OÜ, SILRO Logistics OÜ and AS Kaupmees Investeeringud.
